At PawPerfect, we understand that life happens and schedules change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be fair to both our clients and our grooming team. Please review the following guidelines.
24+ Hours Notice

50% cancellation fee applies

Detailed Policy
Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, or you may reschedule at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This helps compensate our groomers for their reserved time.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services. We wait 15 minutes past your appointment time before marking it as a no-show.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergencies, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
